HEAVY-DUTY SELF-RETRACTING DESIGN - Spring loaded blade retracts automatically when the lever is released or when it loses contact with the material being cut. Meets requirements for self-retracting safety knives.
NSF CERTIFIED - 100% metal detectable stainless steel construction prevents contamination in food processing environments. Paint-free body avoids flaking or chipping. Easy to clean and sanitize; flush vents allow for thorough cleaning. Large loop end for easy tethering.
EASY BLADE REPLACEMENT - Stainless steel blade channel holds blades securely while cutting. Stainless steel blades reduce risk of punctures and contamination from broken tips. Blades can be quickly reversed to allow right- or left-hand use.
