  • SUPERIOR STRENGTH AND HOLDING POWER - Solid steel, one piece bushings are stronger than wound coil inserts for excellent torque and pullout strength.
  • THIN SYNCHRONIZED THREADS - Internal and external threads are "Timed" giving this insert system a very thin profile. Time-Serts can be installed in areas of limited space and clearance.
  • MATCH ORIGINAL THREAD SIZE - Create a new and stronger hole that matches the original thread size and uses the original fastener.
  • ENSURES POSITIVE PLACEMENT - Inserts have a flange for accurate depth setting and preventing the insert from winding down into the threaded hole.
  • SOLID WALL DESIGN - Allows the use of liquid threadlockers without having the liquid pass through the threads to the fastener like wound coil inserts would.
  • SELF LOCKING - When installed the cold rolled bottom threads expand, locking the insert in place.
  • REMOVABLE - Simply remove the insert with a spiral point screw extractor.
  • HIGH TEMPERATURE - Easily withstands high temperatures without damage or deforming.
  • KIT INCLUDES - Drill, counterbore, tap, installation driver, and five (5) inserts.
