Made in the U.S.A. from medium carbon steel and heat treated to meet Grade 8 performance standards. Developed to meet specifications of Automotive Fastener Engineering Specialists. Grade C nut provides predictable torque-tension in high strength applications. Features six dots at 60° intervals and three point top thread deflections for reusable torque. Cadmium and wax finish reduces application torque by up to 50%.
